The invention relates to a molybdate doped polypyrrole / epoxy resin self-healing coating, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof, and belongs to the field of metal anti-corrosion coatings. The coating is composed of two parts, namely a polypyrrole / epoxy resin system mother liquor, and a polyamide curing agent. The polypyrrole / epoxy resin system mother liquor comprises molybdate doped polypyrrole, epoxy resin, an anti-settling agent, an anti-foaming agent, a levelling agent and an organic solvent. The molybdate doped polypyrrole is added in the organic solvent and then the mixture is uniformly dispersed in an ultrasonic dispersion instrument. After that, the anti-settling agent, the antifoaming agent and the levelling agent are added respectively, and are stirred on a magnetic stirring apparatus. Then the epoxy resin is added to form the uniformly dispersed polypyrrole / epoxy resin system mother liquor. The polyamide curing agent is added in the prepared mother liquor, and is stirred to be uniformly dispersed. In this way, a molybdate doped polypyrrole / epoxy resin self-healing coating can be obtained. The coating is sprayed or brushed onto the 2024 type aluminum alloy after being subjected to oil-removing treatment. After the drying and curing process of the coating at the room temperature, a molybdate doped polypyrrole / epoxy resin self-healing coating can be formed.

Preparation method of double-network hydrogel

The invention relates to a preparation method of hydrogel and aims at providing a preparation method of novel double-network hydrogel with high water absorption and high strength. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, a first network monomer, a cross-linking agent, a dispersion medium and an initiator are dissolved in water, and a solution is poured into a silica gel sheet mould, irradiated under strong ultraviolet radiation, stood and cooled; gel is taken out of the mould, put into a water solution containing a second network monomer, a cross-linking agent and an initiator, swollen until balancing, and then taken out to carry out weak ultraviolet radiation so as to obtain the double-network hydrogel with high water absorption and high strength. The invention has simple preparation process and can quickly obtain the double-network hydrogel with superior performance and high water absorptivity. The hydrogel has very good water absorbing capacity and superior mechanical property and can bear external force well. The hydrogel can be widely applied to the field of biomedicine comprising medicine wrapping, medicine slow-controlled release, artificial eye cornea, burn protective films and articular cartilage restoration and replacement and also has potential application value in the field of the light industry.

The invention discloses a method for preparing super absorbent resin by the graft copolymerization reaction of carboxymethyl potato starch, acrylamide, acrylic acid and sodium salt thereof, which comprises the following main processes: carrying out neutralization reaction between a sodium hydroxide solution and acrylic acid from which polymerization inhibitor is removed under the cooling of ice-water bath; mixing acrylamide with de-ionized water to obtain an acrylamide solution; mixing the carboxymethyl potato starch with the prepared acrylic acid and the sodium salt solution and the acrylamide solution; adding an evocating agent persulfate and a cross-linking agent N,N'- methylene-bisacrylamide; stirring the mixture under room temperature; heating the mixture by water bath to rise the temperature so as to ensure that the carboxymethyl potato starch, the acrylic acid and the sodium salt thereof and the acrylamide generate graft copolymerization reaction under the protection of nitrogen; keeping the temperature of the reaction; drying and crashing to obtain the super absorbent resin with high potassium content by using carboxymethyl potato starch as the raw material. Compared with the similar products, the water absorption of the super absorbent resin is greatly enhanced; the super absorbent resin contains nitrogen nutrition element, does not need pasting in comparison with theprocess of directly using starch and greatly improves the preparation process. The super absorbent resin has great effect on the water conservation, the desert control, the plant growth promotion andthe like of soil in dry regions.

The method comprises steps of (1) firstly putting deionized water, tertiary butanol and isopropanol into a reaction kettle and mixing uniformly through stirring, and heating up to 60-70DEG C, so as to prepare a solution a; (2) dissolving styrene, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl silicate, organosilicone monomer and anion ring opening polymerization emulsion into the solution a, fully mixing through stirring till the temperature rises up to 80-90DEG C, and preserving heat for 2 hours, so as to prepare a solution b; (3) putting vinyl silicone oil, silicon dioxide aerogel and dimethyl formamide into the solution b, stirring for 30 minutes to be mixed uniformly to prepare a solution c; (4) controlling the temperature of the solution c at 60-65 DEG C, then dripping potassium peroxodisulfate for 0.5 hour, and cooling to room temperature, so as to prepare a solution d; (5) regulating the pH value of the solution d to be neutral with ammonia water, filtering the discharged material so as to prepare the styrene-acrylic emulsion. Due to the addition of organic silicon monomer, ethyl silicate and the like, the degree of crosslinking of a latex film is improved, and the weather fastness of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is greatly improved.
