The single counterweight type automatic levelling spreader comprises a bearing spreader, an automatic levelling device, an initial bottom surface distance measurer, a target bottom surface distance measurer and a computer, wherein the automatic levelling device is mounted on the bearing spreader and is provided with counterweight blocks; the initial bottom surface distance measurer and the target bottom surface distance measurer are respectively located below an initial bearing bracket and a target bearing bracket; the computer communicates with both the bottom distance measurers, calculates the leveling inclination angle of the loading butt joint surface according to information measured by the initial bottom surface distance measurer and the target bottom surface distance measurer and based on the input structural size of the loading butt joint surface, calculates control signals, transmits the control signals to the automatic levelling device, controls the position of the counterweight block in the automatic levelling device and keeps the initial bearing bracket and horizontal target bearing bracket of the loading butt joint in the horizontal state so as to realize precise and easily damaged hoisting. The invention relates to an electric automatic levelling brace for realizing multipoint electric automatic levelling, and aims to provide an electric automatic levelling brace with large lifting weight, rapid and reliable touchdown, good repeatability of levelling precision, high precision, safety, convenience, convenient maintenance and simple electric connection. The electric automatic levelling brace comprises a levelling bearing disc connected with a levelling brace cylinder body and a direct current servo motor with an electric control unit. The top of the levelling brace cylinder body is provided with a transmission chain which is connected with an output shaft of a speed reducer and a leading screw pair for rotary motion; the leading screw pair drives a levelling telescopic cylinder body manufactured with a screw and the levelling bearing disc fixedly connected with the leading screw pair together to do linear lifting motion; a microswitch for feeding back the lifting position to an external control system is arranged on the cylinder wall of the levelling brace cylinder body; a small displacement triggering shaft records the moving position, triggers the microswitch at a triggering point and transfers an electrical signal of the lifting position of the levelling brace to the outside; and the small displacement triggering shaft is connected external control equipment through the microswitch and forms a closed loop levelling system with the servo motor connected with the speed reducer .

The horizontal detecting device comprises a macrometric/micrometric displacement platform, a displacement table, a probe electrode and an electrochemical workstation. The displacement table is fixedly arranged on an X-Y plane which is determined by the macrometric/micrometric displacement platform and can make displacement on the X-Y plane, and an electrolytic tank and the displacement table are relatively static. The probe electrode is fixedly arranged in a Z direction which is determined by the macrometric/micrometric displacement platform, and the detection end of the probe electrode is soaked into an electrolyte in the electrolytic tank in a vertically downward mode and is away from the workpiece in the electrolytic tank by a preset distance. The working electrode of the electrochemical workstation is connected to the probe electrode, the auxiliary electrode and the reference electrode of the electrochemical workstation are both connected to be soaked into the electrolyte in the electrolytic tank, the potential of the working electrode is controlled to be constant, current signals of the working electrode are changed along with the movement of the displacement table, the current signals are detected, so that a current signal curve is obtained, and the tilting degree of the workpiece in the electrolytic tank can be known through the fluctuation amplitude of the current signal curve. By means of the horizontal detecting device, levelling device and levelling method of the workpiece in the electrochemical system, the horizontal detection precision of the workpiece in the electrolyte can be improved.

The invention relates to surveying and mapping class, in particular to a method for surveying river-crossing leveling during the shield run-through of rivers in tunnel engineering, which comprises the steps of: starting from various elevation control points of two banks of a river respectively, adopting a second-order leveling surveying specification, and inductively surveying elevations to the banks of the river respectively first; then taking second-order leveling points inductively surveyed on the two banks of the river as transfer station surveying points; and finally taking triangular elevation surveying as the basis, utilizing a higher electronic holographic device, staring from one transfer station surveying point on one side of the river to place a sighting target as 'backsight', placing a sighting target as 'foresight' at one transfer station surveying point on the other side of the river, and transferring the elevation of the 'backsight' sighting target to the 'foresight' sighting target by surveying through the station surveying points and taking the station surveying points as the transition. The method is simple, convenient and efficient, has simple used equipment and high surveying accuracy, is particularly suitable for the construction of the tunnel shield run-through of the rivers, and can effectively meet the requirement of control precision of run-through surveying of shield advance construction.
