Hybrid film containing titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles and preparation method of hybrid film

The invention provides a hybrid film containing titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles. The hybrid film comprises a film substrate and the titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles doped in the film matrix, wherein each titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particle adopts a core-shell structure taking a poly-dopamine particle as a core and a titanium dioxide nano-particle layer as a shell. The invention further provides a preparation method of the hybrid film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, preparing the titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles, doping the titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles into a polymer matrix, and preparing the hybrid film according to a phase inversion process. The titanium dioxide/poly-dopamine functional particles provided by the invention have high photocatalytic activity; poly-dopamine can perform chelating interaction with titanium dioxide, and can serve a free radical quencher to effectively protect the polymer matrix during a UV illumination process; the functional particles are stable in overall structure and have high hydrophilicity. The prepared hybrid film has good separation performance, self-cleaning property and property stability.

The invention relates to a modified polyvinyl chloride alloy ultra-filtration membrane and a preparation method of a modified polyvinyl chloride alloy hollow fiber ultra-filtration membrane. The modifier in membrane preparation solution is a macromolecular modifier, the main component in the macromolecular modifier is methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer, the macromolecular modifier can also contain a certain amount of methyl methacrylate, and the finished membrane is modified by using the synergetic effect of the methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer and the methyl methacrylate; and the membrane preparation solution consists of the following components in part by mass: 8 to 17 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 1 to 8 parts of macromolecular modifier, 4 to 18 parts of pore forming agent, 57 to 87 parts of solvent, and 0.2 to 1 part of stabilizing agent. The tensile strength, the elongation at break, the hydrophilic property and the surface flatness of the ultra-filtration membrane, particularly the hollow fiber ultra-filtration membrane prepared by adopting the membrane preparation solution and using a dry-wet method are greatly improved; the ultra-filtration membrane has high pollution resistance and pure water flux; and the adopted main materials have wide source and low cost, the membrane preparation cost is greatly reduced, and large-scale popularization and application of the ultra-filtration membrane in the water treatment industry are favorable.

The invention discloses a fluorinated acrylate copolymer finishing agent. The fluorinated acrylate copolymer finishing agent is prepared from the following raw material ingredients in percentage by mass: 10-50% of fluoro monomer, 20-30% of acrylate non-fluoro monomer, 10-15% of methacrylate non-fluoro monomer, 2-20% of hydrophilic functional monomer, 1-2% of cross-linking functional monomer, 0.5-1.5% of initiator, 0.5-5% of emulsifier and the balance of water. A preparation method for the fluorinated acrylate copolymer finishing agent comprises the steps: uniformly mixing the water, the emulsifier and part of the initiator, and adding all the monomers into the uniform mixture, so as to obtain a stock solution; emulsifying the stock solution, so as to obtain a pre-emulsion; and taking part of the pre-emulsion as a base solution, heating the base solution to the temperature of 75-80 DEG C, then, adding part of the initiator into the heated base solution, slowly dropwise adding the remaining pre-emulsion into the base solution until the remaining pre-emulsion is dropwise added completely after the base solution shows blue light, finally, adding the remaining initiator into the base solution, carrying out uniformly mixing, then, heating the mixture to the temperature of 85-90 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 1-2 hours, thereby obtaining the fluorinated acrylate copolymer finishing agent.

The invention provides a cotton imitation polyester filament with a high hygroscopicity and a preparation method thereof. The cotton imitation polyester filament contains 1-10wt% of CaSO3 and 90-99wt% of modified PET, wherein the modified PET contains -COH2CH2NHCH2CH2O- and -OCH2CH2OCOC6H4COOCH2O- in a ratio of 1:10-50. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cotton imitation polyester filament with high hygroscopicity. CaSO3, NH(CH2CH2OH)2, PEG, SIPE, PTA and EG are used as raw materials, wherein a molar ratio of PTA to EG is 1:0.95-1.35; an in situ polymerization method is used to prepare a polyester chip, which is treated with melt spinning through a shaped spinneret plate to obtain the polyester filament. The polyester filament prepared by the invention has high hygroscopicity, excellent anti-static electricity performance, mould proofness and antibacterial property, and not only overcomes defects of weak hydrophilcity and anti-static electricity performance of existing terylene but also solves a problem of uneven distribution of inorganic additive particles through the in situ polymerization, and can be applied to high-grade cotton imitation polyester filamentand fabrics thereof.

Manufacturing method of hydrophilic polyester short fibers for directly spinning spun-laced non-woven fabric

The invention provides a manufacturing method of hydrophilic polyester short fibers for directly spinning a spun-laced non-woven fabric. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: carrying out esterification on polyester slurry, carrying out pre-condensation polymerization, carrying out final condensation polymerization, spinning and carrying out after-finishing. In a pre-condensation polymerization process, comonomer polyethylene glycol PEG is added, the molecular weight of the added PEG is 1500-2000, and the adding amount is 0.5wt%-1.0wt% of a polyester melt. The temperature of the melt obtained by the final condensation polymerization is controlled to be lower than 290 DEG C, so that the quantity of generated annular tripolymers is reduced and the spun-laced processing efficiency of the fibers is improved. A hydrophilic modifier is added in an online polyester synthetic process and the polyester melt is directly used for spinning; the production cost is lower compared with the production cost of chip spinning, the quality uniformity of the short fibers is improved by 50% and the hydrophilic effect is obvious; eight paths of surface treatment are carried out, so that the distribution of a fiber surface finishing agent is uniform and the attaching firmness is improved; the fiber surface hydrophilic effect is improved in a spun-laced processing process; and the polyester PET short fibers can be used for completely replacing mucilage glue short fibers to be used as production raw materials of the non-woven fabric, so that the whole cost of the non-woven fabric is reduced.

Permeability-improving anti-fog glass and preparation method for same

The invention relates to permeability-improving anti-fog glass and a preparation method for the same. The preparation method for the permeability-improving anti-fog glass disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: performing effective etching on a glass sheet with various constituents in a constant-temperature acidic atmosphere, etching a porous structure layer extending to the interior of the glass sheet from the surface of the glass sheet on the surface of the glass sheet so as to reduce the refractive index of the surface of the glass sheet and achieve a reflection-reducing and permeability-improving effect, so that the light transmittance of the glass sheet can be increased to 99% from the original 91%, and adjacent pores in the porous structure layer extending to the interior of the glass sheet are communicated or uncommunicated; and then performing an oxygen plasma treatment and an annealing treatment, thus preparing the permeability-improving anti-fog glass disclosed by the invention, wherein the surface of the permeability-improving anti-fog glass still maintains the inherent smoothness of the glass sheet. The contact angle between surface of the permeability-improving anti-fog glass and water is 5-6 degrees, so that the tension of water on the surface of the glass can be effectively reduced, and then water can rapidly spread on the surface of the glass and an anti-fog purpose can be achieved.
