flame-retardant efficient cross-linked
polyolefin cable body and a preparation method thereof. The cable body comprises a
polyolefin matrix, 2, 4-dihydroxy-6-methyl
benzamide, an
intumescent flame retardant,
dicumyl peroxide, an
antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a
lubricant, wherein the
polyolefin matrix is subjected to synergistic modification by
phosphorus-
nitrogen heterocyclic
silane-
plasma. The preparation method of the polyolefin matrix synergistically modified by
phosphorus-
nitrogen heterocyclic
silane-
plasma comprises the following steps: performing
grafting reaction on polyolefin resin and
phosphorus-
nitrogen heterocyclic
silane under the action of an initiator, and performing
plasma surface treatment to endow the material with dual active sites. The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting and granulating a polyolefin matrix subjected to phosphorus-nitrogen heterocyclic silane-plasma synergistic modification, small
organic molecules and auxiliaries, and performing
extrusion molding under a crosslinking condition to obtain a cable body. The material disclosed by the invention has comprehensive advantages in
flame-retardant efficiency, crosslinking degree and
mechanical property, and is suitable for manufacturing high-safety power cables.
