processing module, a flexible packaging scheme generation module, an intelligent
stowage scheme generation module, a
stowage scheme approval management module and a
transportation plan and
task list generation module. The method comprises the following steps: dynamically generating a differentiated packaging scheme and a first 3D
visualization model through a
hybrid rule engine and a multi-objective optimization
algorithm; automatically generating a vehicle stowage scheme and a second 3D visual model by using a stowage engine with a physical
collision detection and spatial constraint strategy; an examination and approval
workflow is established based on a
finite state machine to ensure that the scheme state is traceable; and finally, automatically generating a transportation
task list bound with the digital operation instruction book. The problems that in a traditional
system, a packaging scheme is rigid, stowage depends on artificial experience, examination and approval are disjointed and the like are solved, and the packaging
utilization rate, the transportation stability and the full-process
automation level are improved.
