[Solution] The polymer composition of the present invention includes: a rubber component including a conjugated diene polymer (A-1); and a polymer of a raw material component that is a C9 fraction containing an aromatic olefin; in which the conjugated diene polymer (A-1) comprises a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound and a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound; the amount of the structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound is 5% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less with respect to the total amount of the structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound and the structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound; and the amount of a segment including isolated aromatic vinyl compound units in which the aromatic vinyl compound units are not continuous is less than 40% by mass, and the amount of a segment including a long sequence of consecutive aromatic vinyl compound units in which 8 or more aromatic vinyl compound units are continuous is 10% by mass or less, with respect to the amount of the structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound.
