The invention relates to the technical field of
fiber reinforced composite materials, in particular to a
basalt fiber reinforced composite board in a dynamic
heavy load environment and a preparation method. The
basalt fiber reinforced composite board comprises an upper
surface layer, an upper reinforcing layer, a core layer, a lower reinforcing layer and a lower
surface layer. According to the invention, rigid nanoparticles and carboxyl-terminated
nitrile rubber are introduced to construct a rigid-flexible composite
toughening system, and nano aluminum
oxide and
silicon dioxide are taken as rigid particles and are uniformly dispersed in an
epoxy cross-linked network, so that slippage and crack propagation of molecular chains can be effectively hindered, and the rigidity and damage resistance of a matrix are improved; meanwhile, the carboxyl-terminated
nitrile rubber is used as reactive
liquid rubber, after carboxyl of the carboxyl-terminated
nitrile rubber reacts with
epoxy groups, the carboxyl-terminated
nitrile rubber is distributed in a matrix in a sea-island structure and can serve as
stress concentration points, a large amount of
crazing and shear bands can be induced, and a large amount of
impact energy can be consumed; and the
impact toughness is greatly improved while the high strength of the material is maintained.
