The invention discloses asphalt self-adhesive. The asphalt self-adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45 to 65 percent of asphalt, 16 to 25 percent of rubber oil, 5 to 15 percent of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), 1 to 6 percent of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), 1 to 6 percent of petroleum resin, 1 to 7 percent of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and 10 to 20 percent of talcpowder. The invention also provides a high-polymer self-adhesion rubber waterproof coiled material which comprises a non-woven fabric coating, a high-polymer sheet coating, and an asphalt self-adhesive coating which consists of the asphalt self-adhesive from bottom to top. Two ends of the waterproof coiled material are provided with joint sides. The asphalt self-adhesive contains EVA, so the compatibility of the self-adhesive and a high-polymer sheet is improved, and compounding intensity of the high-polymer sheet coating is improved. The problem that the high-polymer sheets cannot be jointed reliably in a self-adhesion joint process is solved, so the coiled materials are jointed by the adhesive; and the coiled materials can be adhered firmly and reliably, and adjusted freely and flexibly.

The invention relates to water-base joint grouting glue for a normal temperature road, namely an environment-friendly joint grouting and joint sealing material having high viscosity, high cementing power and high adhesive property, which is formed by special processes of copolymerizing water, a water-base adhesive, bitumen and a dispersing agent, then modifying a macromolecular water-soluble resinand a rubber latex, and adding the auxiliary agents of a stabilizing agent, a thickening material and the like, and can be used for treating and sealing various types of cracks of bitumen and cementroad surfaces and joint seams of cement road surfaces and bridge surfaces. The joint grouting glue is in a gel state at normal temperature, can be stirred but cannot flow, thus the joint grouting gluecan enter joints directly without slotting and cannot infiltrate downwards so as to play a role in sealing the joints; and simultaneously the joint grouting glue is soluble in water; therefore, the joint grouting glue can be mixed with water to prepare strong-permeability joint grouting materials with any viscosities, and can be effectively poured into deep parts of the cracks of road surfaces without slotting. The joint grouting glue combines the advantages of slotting and non-slotting repairing methods, and simultaneously avoids the disadvantages of the two methods.

High-performance thermosetting epoxy asphalt binder and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a high-performance thermosetting epoxy asphalt binder, comprising a part A component and a part B compound, wherein the part A component comprises 100 weight parts of epoxy resin, 20-35 weight parts of flexibilizer, 0.5-2 weight parts of promoter, and 8-20 weight parts of diluent; the part B component comprises 300-350 weight parts of asphalt, 150-160 weight parts of flexible curing agent, 10-15 weight parts of promoter, 2-5 weight parts of compatilizer, and 100 weight parts of diluent; and the ratio of the part A component to the part B component is 100:350-440. According to the invention, by using flexible long-chain fatty acid anhydride as the curing agent and carrying out solidification reaction on the curing agent with the epoxy resin, a stereo cross-linked structure is formed, and the bonding capability and water resistance of asphalt are increased; by using liquid rubber as the flexibilizer, the flexibility of the epoxy asphalt binder is raised to adapt to the flexibility of a steel plate, and by prereacting the flexibilizer with epoxy resin firstly for grafting, the compatibility between the epoxy asphalt binder and asphalt is raised. The epoxy asphalt binder is suitable for bonding and waterproofing of steel bridge floor, cement concrete bridge floor, tunnel, highway and other pavements. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the epoxy asphalt binder.

As the middle self-adhering layer which contains asphalt and active macromolecular active components and has the active reactive self-adhered sizing material is arranged in the upper layer on the inner surface of the surface waterproof layer which takes ethylene-propylene-diene monomer as a main material, so that edges of the roll and the roll and the base layer of concrete are directly adhered by the middle self-adhering layer without any adhesives in match. The generated waterproof layer has a service life effect which is equal to that of a main body material, so that the roll is an ideal upgrading product of existing single ethylene-propylene-diene monomer waterproof roll.

The invention provides a high-temperature resistant self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature resistant self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane comprises the following raw materials by weight: 50 to 60 parts of No. 100 asphalt, 5 to 10 parts of softening oil, 20 to 30 parts of pulverization reclaimed rubber powder, 6 to 12 parts of rubber powder modifier, 20 to 30 parts of coarse whiting powder, and 2 to 3 parts of pure polypropylene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking the No. 100 asphalt and softening oil according to the parts by weight; stirring and mixing the No. 100 asphalt and the softening oil; adding the pure polypropylene when the temperature reaches 190 to 200 DEG C; adding the pulverization reclaimed rubber powder when the pure polypropylene is completely melted; keeping stirring for 120 min when the temperature reaches 200 minus or plus 5 DEG C; adding the rubber powder modifier when the temperature falls to 170 minus or plus 5 DEG C; mixing and stirring uniformly when the coarse whiting powder is added, so as to obtain a finished mixture; and making the finished mixture into modified asphalt waterproofing membranes according to the manufacture procedure. As asphalt is modified to bear temperature higher than 120 DEG C, the invention has the advantages that no sliding phenomenon is generated under a high temperature; the viscosity is higher; and the suitability to construction environments is high.
