The invention discloses a preparation method of
cement concrete early strength agent by using industrial residue, and belongs to the manufacturing method of
cement additive. The industrial residue
red mud is used as the main
raw material, and the industrial residue
acetylene sludge and desulfurized
gypsum are used as auxiliary, wherein the
mass percent of the materials is as follows: 75-85% of
red mud, 10-15% of
acetylene sludge and 5-10% of desulfurized
gypsum. The preparation method is as follows: (1)
drying process:
drying the
red mud, the
acetylene sludge and desulfurized
gypsum through a dryer, removing the
free water; (2) weighing burdening and
grinding mixing process: weighing burdening according to the
raw material formulation, then putting the three raw materials in a
ball mill to mix and
grind until the specific surface area is not less than 600sq.m / kg; (3) low-temperature calcinating process: calcinating the mixer at a low temperature of 600 DEG C, keeping constant temperature for 1 hour, naturally cooling in
atmosphere to obtain the early strength agent. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the setting and hardening of the
cement concrete are accelerated, the early strength is improved, the water-proof anti-permeability is good, various
engineering demands are satisfied, the construction speed is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
