The preparation method disclosed by the invention is used for adjusting the product properties by controlling the monomer proportion, the temperature and the dosage of the initiator and the reducing agent, the reaction speed is high, the efficiency is high, no organic solvent is used, no toxin or pollution is generated, and the operation is simple. The unsaturated macromonomers are introduced into the prepared concrete/mortar water retaining agent to ensure excellent water retaining property and obviously perfect such stirring states of the concrete/mortar as bleeding/separation and the like without generating such adverse effects as strength and the like, meanwhile, the water retaining agent can be compounded with a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent at any proportion to ensure good intermiscibility. The green rapid-hardening early-strength magnesium phosphate-based healant is composed of a material A and a material B; the material A is prepared via mixing of a phosphate, borax, a toughening ingredient, an accelerating component, a water retention ingredient, a water reducing ingredient, and a grinding aid dispersing agent; and the B material is prepared via mixing of magnesium oxide, flyash, silica fume, ground steel slag, chromium iron tailing slag powder, anhydrite, an expanding agent, and a grinding aid dispersing agent. According to the preparation method, industrial supplementary cementious materials (flyash, silica fume, and ground steel slag) are added into cement, so that cement fluidity and early strength are improved; industrial chromium iron tailing slag powder is added into the green rapid-hardening early-strength magnesium phosphate-based healant as a filling material, so that it is beneficial for cement hydration reaction, set cement compaction rate is increased, and at the same time heavy metal waste solidification is realized. The invention discloses a retarder suitable for quick set and rapid hardening of a magnesium phosphate cement system and a method of application thereof, wherein the retarder is composed of one chlorine salt or more compound chlorine salts; and the retarder comprises four methods of applications; the first method is to prepare solution fresh; the second method is to prepare solution in advance; the third method is to stir modified magnesium phosphate cement fresh; and the fourth method is to pre-stir modified magnesium phosphate cement. The four methods of application are simple and quick in operation when being used for preparing a magnesium phosphate cement repair material; different retarders have different effects; and the status quo of long-term use of the solid retarder for the magnesium phosphate cement system is changed. The retarder provided by the invention is excellent in retarding effect; on the one hand, the retarder is capable of greatly prolonging the solidification time of the magnesium phosphate repair system at normal temperature and still has strong retarding effect in the high temperature environment; and on the other hand, the retarder is capable of ensuring the early strength of the magnesium phosphate cement sample and also improves the long-term strength thereof to a certain extent.

The invention provides a polycarboxylate water reducer containing modified water-soluble acrylate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, directly carrying out esterification reaction on polyhydroxy-alcohol carbohydrates and crylic acid so as to prepare modified water-soluble acrylate micromonomers; then putting polyether macromonomers into deionized water, and fully dissolving so as to prepare a reaction base solution; dissolving the acrylate micromonomers, crylic acid, an initiator vitamin C and a chain transfer agent mercaptoacetic acid into deionized water, so as to prepare drop concentrate; putting an initiator hydrogen peroxide into the reaction base solution, dropwise adding the drop concentrate into the reaction base solution at a constant speed, reacting while stirring, then regulating the pH value of the solution to be 7-8, so as to prepare the polycarboxylate water reducer. According to the preparation method, the regulating function of the polyhydroxy-alcohol carbohydrates is directly used in the water reducer, so that the property of the water reducer is optimized; the polycarboxylate water reducer prepared by the method has high water reducing rate, and the concrete is obviously improved in fluidity retainability and has less slump loss, so that the water reducer can meet higher construction requirements.

Cement retarder and method for direct preparation of same by using semi-hydrated phosphogypsum

The invention relates to a method for direct preparation of a cement retarder by using the industrial by-product, semi-hydrated phosphogypsum, which belongs to the technical field of cement additives. According to the invention, phosphogypsum is aged at first; when 40% to 80% of semi-hydrated gypsum in phosphogypsum is converted into dihydrate gypsum, phosphogypsum is broken, and an alkaline activating agent and water are added for mixing; granulation is carried out on an obtained mixture, and obtained granules are naturally maintained and dried in air so as to obtain the cement retarder; wherein, the weight percentage of phosphogypsum, the alkaline activating agent and water is as follows: phosphogypsum 80 to 90 parts, the alkaline activating agent 0.5 part to 4 parts, and water 10 to 20 parts. A semi-finished product produced in the process of granulation for the cement retarder provided in the invention coagulates and hardens in a short time; a finished product coming out from a granulator has a certain degree of hardness and has a compressive strength of between 3 to 5 MPa in 5 minutes; when the finished product freely falls from a testing platform of a height of 1 meter, breaking probability of the finished product is less than 10%; the finished product can be directly transported with a loader, thereby greatly saving a storage area for the finished product. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of simple production process flow, economy and environmental protection.
