The invention relates to a gel
ridge stone-based double-layer structure material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
new materials. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of no adsorption performance on anion pollutants and low use additional value of the existing gel
ridge stone. According to the invention, a double-layer
composite structure material is formed by in-situ growth of
hydrotalcite nanosheets on the surface of a gelled stone serving as a growth template through a hydrothermal method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a precursor solution, dispersing the gelled stone, carrying out
hydrothermal reaction, washing,
drying and the like. The material has the lamellar characteristics of the
kaolinite and the
hydrotalcite, can adsorb zwitterionic pollutants such as
methyl orange and
methylene blue at the same time and can load zwitterionic
corrosion inhibitors such as NO2 <-> and Ce < 3 + >, the adsorption capacities can reach 78-86 mg / g and 63-72 mg / g respectively, the
functional diversity and additional value of the
kaolinite are remarkably improved, and the application potential of the
kaolinite in the fields of water purification and
corrosion inhibition is expanded.
