This invention discloses a camera with defogging function, including a mounting housing. A rotating block is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting housing, and a mounting base connected to a wall is rotatably connected to the surface of the rotating block. A camera lens is mounted on the other side of the mounting housing. In low-temperature weather, the cooling fan inside the mounting housing is tilted towards the camera lens, so that when the cooling fan rotates, the heat generated by the circuit board is carried out through the ventilation holes and blown onto the surface of the camera lens through the end face of the protective cover, thereby heating the surface of the lens and preventing a large amount of fog from forming on the lens surface, which would affect the image captured by the camera lens. In hot weather, the cooling fan is tilted to the other side, thereby preventing the hot air generated by heat dissipation in high-temperature weather from blowing onto the surface of the camera lens and forming a heat wave, which would affect the image captured by the camera lens.
