The invention relates to the sensor technology field and especially relates to a flexible self-energy-supply pressure sensor. The sensor comprises a dielectric frictional layer and a hydrogel dielectric layer which are attached with each other. Outer sides of the dielectric frictional layer and the hydrogel dielectric layer are successively provided with an electrode layer and a protection layer.The hydrogel dielectric layer is a mixture of a high-molecular polymer and a conductive liquid. The dielectric frictional layer is made of a friction dielectric polymer material. A convex microstructure is arranged on a contact surface of the dielectric frictional layer and the hydrogel dielectric layer. The flexible pressure sensor can be used to measure pressure on the structure. Compared with atraditional piezoresistive sensor, a piezoelectric sensor and a capacitive sensor, by using the pressure sensor of the invention, an idea of providing power by external pressure on the sensor itselfmakes the obtained sensor have advantages of flexibility, low power consumption, and high sensitivity and the advantage that there is no need to add power during measuring. Flexible liquid crystal thin film material having transmittance varying with temperature and film preparation method

Disclosed are a flexible liquid crystal thin film material having the transmittance varying with the temperature and a film preparation method. Nematic liquid crystal, a chiral compound, biphenyl cyanogen liquid crystal, a liquid crystal polymerizable monomer, an acrylate monomer, glass beads, and an initiator are mixed according to a certain ratio and are uniformly stirred at 20-50 DEG C, the obtained mixture is poured into the middle part between two layers of polyester films coated with ITO conducting layers, the obtained film is subjected to rubber roll extrusion, and the obtained liquid crystal film is subjected to ultraviolet light polymerization in a power-on state so as to obtain a flexible liquid crystal thin film having the transmittance varying with the temperature. The prepared flexible liquid crystal thin film is transparent at a low temperature, the transmittance of the film increases as the temperature rises, and when the temperature reaches a certain value, the thin films converts to a transmittance state from the transparent state. The thin film has the characteristics of high response speed, high contrast and high infrared light and ultraviolet light resisting rate, can be applied to the fields of buildings and automobiles, and is an excellent energy-saving material. The film preparation method plays a significant part in promotion of development process of a thin-film material.

The invention provides a photodetector and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein a photodetector with a vertical structure is manufactured by sequentially arranging a first electrode, a hole transport layer, a photosensitive active layer containing perovskite, an electron transport layer and a second electrode on a substrate from bottom to top. The positive electrode material is obtained through a method comprising the following steps: adding a carbon material to a dispersion liquid into which a polymer monomer is dissolved; adding an oxidant according to the condition, stirring and mixing evenly, and filtering to obtain powder; mixing the powder, a binder and a film-forming agent evenly, coating a substrate with the mixture, drying, washing off impurities by using a solvent 1, and stripping the mixture from the substrate to obtain a film; and dissolving elemental sulfur into a solvent 2 in an inert atmosphere, dropwise adding the solvent 2 to the film, and evaporating the solvent to obtain the positive electrode material. The positive electrode material can be self-supported, has flexibility and does not have a current collector; the positive electrode material can be used as a positive electrode of the lithium-sulfur battery in a monolithic or multi-layer stacking manner; the positive electrode material is capable of improving the utilization rate of active substance sulfur, effectively inhibiting dissolution of polysulfide, prolonging the cycle life of the lithium-sulfur battery and reducing the impedance of the lithium-sulfur battery; and the positive electrode material is simple in preparation method, low in cost, green and environment-friendly, and massive production is easy to achieve.

The composite flexible foam contains the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of a PDMS precursor, 1-2 parts of dimethicone, 0.3-4 parts of CCTO powder, 0.03-0.2 part of a silane coupling agent, 1-1.2 parts of a curing agent, 13-18 parts of a pore forming substance and 5-15 parts of ethanol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the CCTO powder, the PDMS precursor, the dimethicone, ethanol and the silane coupling agent according to a formula, and performing ball milling; (2) adding the pore forming substance and the curing agent, and continuing to grind; (3) performing mold pressing and maintaining the temperature; and (4) drying, thereby obtaining the CCTO/PDMS composite flexible foam. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and low in cost, the prepared CCTO/PDMS composite flexible foam has excellent elasticity and flexibility, and the prepared pressure sensor is high in sensitivity and wide in range.
