ceramic coating and the preparation method thereof, after the components and the component proportion of the
ceramic coating are optimized, an
organic polymer film-forming agent, polyacrylate substances and
silane-filler particles are added, cross-linked networks formed by the
organic polymer film-forming agent, the polyacrylate substances and the
silane-filler particles penetrate through one another, and organic polymers can serve as a medium; the
coupling reaction between the
coating and a base material is enhanced, the
adhesive force and the film-forming property are improved, meanwhile, the coating can be endowed with excellent flexibility through the synergistic effect of a flexible
long chain of
organic polymer and flexible polyacrylate, a
coupling agent containing a long
carbon chain in the
silane coupling agent is enriched outside the coating to form a hydrophobic layer, the coating is endowed with hydrophobicity, and therefore the coating has the anti-
corrosion function. The
antibacterial agent is introduced, so that the antibacterial resistance of the coating is improved; on the whole, the high-flexibility
ceramic coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high
hardness, high
weather resistance and the like of a
ceramic coating, meanwhile, the flexibility and the
adhesive force are remarkably improved, the application range of the high-flexibility
ceramic coating is expanded, and the high-flexibility
ceramic coating has functionality and environmental friendliness and has higher application value.
