The invention relates to a device and a method for making a robot track a given route at high accuracy, in particular to a robot processing system for performing route tracking and deviation compensation by comprehensively utilizing a coaxial vision sensing system and a welding seam position measurement sensing system, and a route tracking method, which are used for high-accuracy processing of laser welding and the like. The implementation process is divided into three stages; the first two stages comprehensively utilize welding seam position measurement information and coaxial vision measurement information to calculate the deviation between the front welding seam position and the central point of a robot tool and a welding seam so as to obtain the compensation data of the track deviation of the central point of the robot tool and the welding seam position reference data; and the stage of actual welding utilizes the welding seam position measurement information and the welding seam position reference data to perform tracking and compensation control, a position correcting device corrects the motion of a robot system so that the central point of the robot tool moves forwards continuously along the given route, and the deviation of the given route is smaller than the route repeat accuracy of the robot. The device and the method can be widely applied to various occasions required to improve the motion path accuracy of the robot.

Carbon nanoparticle-containing lubricant and grease

The present invention relates to processes for preparing a stable suspension of carbon nanoparticles in a thermal transfer fluid to enhance thermal conductive properties, viscosity, and lubricity. One process is to disperse carbon nanoparticles directly into a thermal transfer fluid and other additives in the present of surfactants with intermittent ultrasonication. The second process is carried out in three stages. First, carbon nanoparticles are dispersed into a volatile solvent. Then, a thermal transfer fluid, surfactants, and other additives are added into this intermediate dispersion and mixed thoroughly. At last, the volatile solvent is removed to produce a uniformly dispersed nanofluid. The third process is to disperse carbon nanoparticles at an elevated temperature into a homogeneous mixture of surfactants and other additives in a thermal transfer fluid with help of a physical agitation. The present invention also relates to compositions of carbon nanoparticle nanofluids, such as nanolubricants and nanogreases. The nanofluid of the present invention is a dispersion of carbon nanoparticles, particularly carbon nanotubes, in a thermal transfer fluid in the present of surfactants. Addition of surfactants significantly increases the stability of nanoparticle dispersion. For nanogreases, carbon nanoparticles function both as a thickener to modulate viscosity and as a solid heat transfer medium to enhance thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance.

The method comprises: the spatial position of a target of the airframe is measured through a laser tracking instrument; a measuring result and a digital standard model are subjected to matched analysis to calculate the posture of the airframe; and finally a plurality of three-coordinate positioner units are controlled and driven to realize adjustment of the posture of the airframe. The whole posture adjusting process comprises three stages: a posture adjusting preparation stage, an airframe posture adjusting stage and a posture adjusting result evaluation and analysis stage to realize automatic and non-stress posture adjustment of the airframe. The method has the following advantages: 1, the method can realize digital posture adjustment of the airframe; 2, the airframe is supported by the plurality of the positioner units; and in the posture adjusting process, motion cooperativity of the airframe is monitored in real time to realize non-stress posture adjustment; 3, the method has good flexibility and compatibility and can meet the requirement of posture adjustment of various airplane models; and 4, the method can carry out quantitative evaluation and analysis on the posture adjusting result and obtain the position and posture of the airframe in a scene coordinate system.

Air entraining system for high-pressure hydrogenation stations

The invention relates to a gas filling system for a high-pressure hydrogen filling station, which comprises a control system, a sampling system, a filling system, an alarm system and a nitrogen purging system, and is the gas filling system which can collect hydrogen sample of the hydrogen filling station and fill high-pressure hydrogen for fuel cell powered vehicles. The gas filling system has the functions of temperature automatic compensation of filling measurement, selectable gas taking procedure in three-stage order, reasonable control of filling rate, alarm of hydrogen leakage and automatic power-down, pulling out prevention and automatic static release in the filling process, overpressure protection of the system, and so on. The sampling points are designed at the tail end of the whole flow of the hydrogen filling station, so that the acquired hydrogen sample can have more representativeness in quality; and through the design of pressure regulation treatment on the high-pressure hydrogen for sampling, the sampling operation is more simple, convenient and quick, and a regular gas sampling steel bottle can also be used together, thereby the sampling cost is low. The gas filling system can improve the gas taking rate of the hydrogen filling station and ensure that the temperature rise of a filled vehicle hydrogen storage tank is strictly controlled within the required temperature range in the quick hydrogen filling process.
