Illuminated coaster

An illuminated coaster includes a base with a body having upper and lower ends and a generally frusto-conical configuration enclosing a compartment. A resilient, insulative sleeve comprising foam rubber, polyurethane or some other suitable material is mounted on the body upper end and forms a container receiver adapted to selectively receive the lower end of a container. A lighting system is located generally in the compartment and includes a power source, such as a battery set. A light source is selectively connected to the battery set through a switching component and can comprise a bulb and socket or an LED, either of which can be mounted below the transparent lens for projecting light upwardly into a container in the container receiver. Modified embodiments of the illuminated coaster include horizontal / annular, helical and vertical ribs located on the inside of the sleeve for engaging a container received therein.

Three wheel coaster cycle

The present invention discloses a coaster cycle having a front half which works similarly to a bicycle wherein it has handle bars that turn the front wheels. The front wheel turns left and right and also leans in both a left and right direction. The front wheel leans left to right and is connected to the rear wheels by a frame having multiple pivotal couplings so that the rear wheels lean left or right with exactly the same angle as the front wheels. The leaning of the front and rear wheels in concert gives the frame a unique design which allows it to make left and right high G-force turns in a very stable manner. Additional embodiments are disclosed which comprise twin, internal combustion engines being placed on the rear wheels of the vehicle in order to power the vehicle which also have independent thumb control throttles for controlling the rear wheels individually. An additional embodiment comprises having snow skis attached to the underside of the vehicle to allow it to be used on snow and also having ice-skate like members attached to the underside of the vehicle to allow it to be used on ice.

An amusement device, in particular a roller coaster, for providing a sense of excitement to one or more passengers using the amusement device. The amusement device has an elongated track along which one or more amusement device seat assemblies adapted to carry the one or more passengers are moveable. Each seat assembly has a seat with a seating surface and a back support with a back support surface. The seat assembly further includes a bar construction attached to a pivot mechanism. This bar construction has a hip bar and one or more pivot arms integral with the hip bar, which bar construction is pivotable about the pivot axis from a raised position in which the hip bar is raised from the seating surface to allow a passenger to sit down in the amusement device seat assembly, to a lowered position. The bar construction is such that no part of the bar construction takes away the view of the person and limits the movements of the arms of the person, allowing the passenger to experience a great sense of freedom.The seat assembly further includes a belt construction with two shoulder straps and an adjustable length mechanism associated with each shoulder strap to allow for adaptation of the length of the shoulder straps to the size of the passenger in the lowered position of the bar construction such that the shoulder straps are in physical contact with the shoulders and upper part of the body of a passenger seated in the amusement device seat assembly so as to increase the sense of safety of the passenger.
