knee joint prosthesis according to the available
data set, and simulating mechanical response under various alignment error combinations to determine stress and pressure distribution; s3, acquiring multi-dimensional experimental data of the knee
joint prosthesis, and evaluating performance through
material fatigue and wear experiments; s4, according to
simulation analysis and experimental data, knee
joint prosthesis service evaluation based on cross-scale correlation is carried out, the safety force line range is determined, and the service performance is predicted. According to the method, the problems of inaccurate service
performance prediction and inconformity with postoperative experience of a patient caused by scale splitting, material
dispersity and disjunction of a
simulation model and clinical reality are solved.
