The application discloses a tibial osteotomy positioning assembly, a gap measuring assembly, an osteotomy device and an osteotomy system. The tibial osteotomy positioning assembly comprises a mounting mechanism and at least one measuring piece. The mounting mechanism is used for connecting with a tibial osteotomy block. The at least one measuring piece is used for connecting with the mounting mechanism. The mounting mechanism can place the at least one measuring piece in a first measuring position and a second measuring position. The at least one measuring piece is located at different positions of the mounting mechanism when being placed in the first measuring position and the second measuring position. The measuring piece in the first measuring position is used for being inserted between an inner condyle of a femur and an articular surface of a tibia, so as to measure the distance between the inner condyle and the articular surface, and to position the relative positions of the tibial osteotomy block and the articular surface. The measuring piece in the second measuring position is used for being inserted between an outer condyle of the femur and the articular surface of the tibia, so as to measure the distance between the outer condyle and the articular surface, and to position the relative positions of the tibial osteotomy block and the articular surface.

Hip joint device and method

A medical device for implantation in a hip joint of a patient, the natural hip joint having a ball shaped caput femur integrated with a collum femur having a collum and caput center axis, extending longitudinal along the collum and caput femur, in the center thereof, as the proximal part of the femoral bone with a convex hip joint surface towards the centre of the hip joint and a bowl shaped acetabulum as part of the pelvic bone with a concave hip joint surface towards the centre of the hip joint, the medical device comprising; an artificial caput femur comprising a convex surface towards the centre of the hip joint, an elongated portion adapted to be connected to a prosthetic spherical portion of said artificial convex caput femur and fixated to the pelvic bone of the human patient.
