The invention relates to a system and method for intelligently identify and count sputum smear microscopic image tubercle bacillus. The system includes a microscopic imaging device which is additionally provided with a CCD image sensor and the microscopic image of the tubercle bacillus is input into a computer by the CCD image sensor and an image collecting card; the lower side of the microscopic imaging device is provided with a 3D accurate control platform used for finishing the automatic switches of automatic focusing and continuous eyeshot so as to realize dynamic and automatic checking on the continuous eyeshot. A dry lens is adopted as an object lens and a multiple extender lens is added in a light path. Computer control realizes the dynamically intelligent identifying and counting on the tubercle bacillus with continuous eyeshot of the same sputum smear. The invention can replace manual spelling and counting, overcome the defects of manual spelling, improve the efficiency and accuracy of a sputum smear lens detecting method and is simultaneously helpful for improving the scientific level of a normal detecting method of the tubercle bacillus. The invention belongs to the technical field of protein structure prediction and drug molecule virtual screening, specifically to a method for screening a compound with targeted action on an inactive conformation of a protein kinase. The method provided by the invention comprises a prediction method for the conformation of an active chain section of the protein kinase, wherein a corresponding DFG-out inactive conformation is generated from the DFG-in active conformation of the protein kinase; the method also comprises a selection method of a combined conformation after implementing butt joint of a II type inhibitor, and the selection method is used for selecting small molecules in conformation prediction and virtual screening. The method for screening a compound with targeted action on an inactive conformation of a protein kinase is already calculated and verified in the protein kinases of seven types of known inactive conformations, wherein the success rate is close to 96%. The method provided by the invention is already applied to the prediction of inactive conformation of PknB protein kinase of tubercle bacillus and the virtual screening of a possible II type inhibitor of PknB, and the bacteriostasis of two kinds of small molecules are already found according to bacteriostatic experiments.
