The ejection nail is arranged in the center of the cone part, the ejection nail can be clockwisely screwed in, the ejection nail can eject the expansion plug with the conical lower part to downwards move so that the four-blade-shaped spherical surface expands towards the circumference to realize the matched tensioning with the ball socket part of the humerus handle, and the fixation effect is realized. The prosthesis can be used for preferably regulating the angle between the humerus head and the humerus handle according to the physiological structure of different patients so that the prosthesis can be more similar to the anatomie structure of the shoulder joint of the patients. The effect after the operation is better, and the shoulder movement reaches a greater range.
