Abstract

The invention relates to a shoulder joint prosthesis adjustable neck used in shoulder joint replacement operations. The shoulder joint prosthesis adjustable neck consists of three parts including a neck body, an ejection nail and an expansion plug, wherein a four-blade-shaped spherical surface structure is adopted at one side of the neck body, a cone hole is formed inside the neck body, the cone hole is matched with the expansion plug, the cone neck design is adopted at the other side, a screw hole is formed in the middle, and the screw hole is matched with the ejection nail. The spherical surface diameter of the spherical surface part of the shoulder joint prosthesis adjustable neck is 8 to 12mm, the proper regulation can be carried out according to the size of the humerus handle, the cone surface side one part of the shoulder joint prosthesis adjustable neck adopts the 5-degree and 46-minute conicity design, and the conicity can realize the self locking fixation between the humerus head and the humerus handle. The ejection nail is arranged in the center of the cone part, the ejection nail can be clockwisely screwed in, the ejection nail can eject the expansion plug with the conical lower part to downwards move so that the four-blade-shaped spherical surface expands towards the circumference to realize the matched tensioning with the ball socket part of the humerus handle, and the fixation effect is realized.
