The invention discloses a wide-temperature-range self-adaptive friction-reducing and wear-resistant chromium-containing refractory high-entropy alloy material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wear-resistant alloy materials, and the high-entropy alloy material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: Ta, Mo, Ti and Cr. The preparation method comprises the steps that Ta powder, Mo powder, Ti powder and Cr powder are weighed by mass, ball milling is conducted, then sintering is conducted through a spark plasma sintering method, and the wide-temperature-range self-adaptive anti-friction and anti-wear chromium-containing refractory high-entropy alloy material is obtained. By introducing the chromium element, the alloy can adaptively form an oxide layer with lubrication and protection effects in a wide temperature range from room temperature to ultrahigh temperature, so that the alloy shows excellent tribological performance and has extremely low friction coefficient and wear rate. The material has a wide application prospect in the fields of wear-resistant lubricating materials and high-temperature wear-resistant parts.

A device for use with a bed having a frame and a supporting surface includes a flexible sheet with a tether strap connected to the sheet and extending from the sheet. The flexible sheet has opposed top and bottom surfaces, with the top surface having a high friction material with a higher coefficient of friction as compared to the bottom surface, which includes a low friction material. The tether strap is configured for connection to the frame of the bed to secure the sheet in place. A system incorporating the flexible sheet may also include an absorbent pad configured to be placed on the top surface of the sheet, where the high-friction top surface resists sliding of the absorbent pad, as well as one or more wedges having a base wall that the wedge rests on and a ramp surface configured to confront the sheet when the wedge is placed under the sheet. The base wall and the ramp surface may also contain high friction and low friction materials, respectively.

High-pressure wear-resistant valve rubber

The invention provides a high-pressure wear-resistant valve rubber. The valve rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polyurethane prepolymer, 20 to 30 parts of a chain extender, 12 to 18 parts of a polycaprolactone coated boron nitride / molybdenum disulfide composite material and 0.5 to 2 parts of an antioxidant. Wherein the polycaprolactone coated boron nitride / molybdenum disulfide composite material is obtained by polymerizing an amino silane coupling agent modified boron nitride / molybdenum disulfide composite material, triethyl aluminum and epsilon-caprolactone in an organic solvent at 35-45 DEG C in an inert atmosphere. A polycaprolactone-coated boron nitride / molybdenum disulfide composite material is used as a filler, and boron nitride / molybdenum disulfide as an inner core forms a synergistic structure of a reinforced substrate and a lubricating surface layer, so that high-pressure load bearing and friction coefficient reduction are facilitated; and the polycaprolactone flexible shell layer is compatible with the matrix, so that the filler is uniformly dispersed in the matrix.
