sludge dewatering material spreading device includes a spreading
bed, a
filter press chamber, and a filter cloth frame. The
filter press chamber is equipped with a filter basket and a tray
assembly. The filter basket opening is equipped with a
laser rangefinder. The tray
assembly includes a tray and a lifting mechanism, which drives the tray to move up and down within the
filter press chamber. The filter cloth frame provides filter cloth, and the spreading
bed lays filter cloth and sludge within the filter press chamber. The tray
assembly enables tray lifting, and the spreading
bed lays filter cloth and sludge within the filter press chamber, with the sludge spread between the filter cloths for subsequent
filtration. The
laser rangefinder at the filter basket opening accurately measures the distance between the sludge material and the basket opening, allowing for precise and digitized measurement of the tray's lowering or raising height, thus achieving dynamic matching between the spreading material and the tray's descent.
