high performance concrete for reinforcing the existing structure is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 370-500 parts of
Portland cement, 340-560 parts of self-stress sulphoaluminate
cement, 80-150 parts of silica ash, 80-120 parts of composite admixture, 0.24-0.4 parts of
lithium salt, 5-8.4 parts of composite
retarder, 900-1150 parts of
quartz sand, 160-220 parts of steel
fiber, 27-36 parts of water
reducing agent and 142-192 parts of water. Compared with a traditional UHPC, the ultra-
high performance concrete has the advantages of short
setting time, high hourly strength, strong anti-interference performance and certain micro-expansion, can be self-compacted and free-vibrated after being poured in a narrow space between an existing structure and a formwork, can match a reinforcing construction
window period, has high hourly strength after setting and hardening, plays a good anti-dynamic-load-disturbance-
cracking role in the construction without interrupting traffic, and has appropriate expansion, so that the adhesion between the outer layer and the existing structure is further improved, the two are more closely combined, and the reinforcing effect is better.
