According to a new method and technology, a synthesis reaction of liquid soluble glass and concentrated sulfuric acid is carried out in two steps by first preparing fine seeds, and then carrying out a synthesis reaction, wherein the synthesis reaction is a precipitation reaction carried out under effects of an organic surfactant SDS and a composite silane coupling agent. The high dispersed precipitated white carbon black specially used in high-performance tyres is obtained through particle surface cladding, modification treatment, press filtration, washing, pulping and pressure drying. The method improves a traditional white carbon black production technology of a precipitation method by optimizing technological parameters and using an optimized auxiliary agent to meet a requirement of enhanced product dispersiveness; besides the method overcomes defects of an ordinary precipitation method, such as crude particles, wide distribution, strong hydrophilism and weak mixing dispersion. A prepared product has characteristics of fine primary particles, low surface hydroxyl content, increased lipophilicity,high bonding force with rubber high molecules and high wettability, and is an ideal reinforcing filling material specially used in high-performance tyres.

Advantageously, the buoyancy module has a plurality of different layers, wherein the components of greatest strength and density are located on the outside. Organic-Inorganic Composite and Polymeric Composite Material, and Method Producing Them

Conventional nanocomposites using swelling layered silicates, which are low specific gravity and have markedly improved heat resistance, rigidity and gas barrier compared with talc or mica filling composites, are available. They are, however, much inferior to glass fiber filling composites (FRP) for rigidity and heat resistance if not regarding difference of specific gravity and they may not respond to current high level requirements. The inventors have found that an organic-inorganic composite can be formed by substituting K ions between layers of high-crystalline non-swelling layered silicates composed of mica and having primary particles of large particle size with any positive charged organic compound under specific conditions, leading to completion of the invention which enables production of polymer composite materials having the layered silicates delaminated and dispersed. This organic-inorganic composite is useful as a sheeted filler having a high aspect ratio and the aspect ratio of which further can be increased by dispersing it in a polymer matrix.

Self-repairing conductive double network structure hydrogel and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a self-repairing conductive double network structure hydrogel. The hydrogel is a carbon nanotube / chitosan double network structure hydrogel, a first network is formed by electrostatic interaction of carboxylated carbon nanotubes and chitosan, and a second network is a hydrophobic association network hydrogel obtained by free radical polymerization ofmain monomer acrylamide or N-isopropyl acrylamide and hydrophobic monomer octyl methacrylate, dodecyl methacrylate, hexadecyl methacrylate or long-chain aliphatic acrylate. The introduction of the carbon nanotubes provides excellent conductivity for the hydrogel, and the hydrophobic monomer can stably form a hydrophobic association center in an emulsifier, and has an obvious reinforcing effect onthe hydrogel, and the obtained hydrogel ahs significantly-improved strength. In addition, the presence of ionic and hydrophobic association effects provides a rapid self-healing property for the hydrogel, and the hydrogel is useful in bionic biology, flexible electronics, biosensors and other fields.
