Rear-mounted aerodynamic structure for truck cargo bodies

This invention provides a foldable/retractable and unfoldable/deployable, rearwardly tapered aerodynamic assembly for use on the rear trailer bodies and other vehicles that accommodate dual swing-out doors. The aerodynamic assembly includes a right half mounted on the right hand door and a left half mounted on a left hand door. Each half is constructed with a side panel, top panel and bottom panel, which each form half of an overall tapered box when deployed on the rear of the vehicle, the bottom panels and top panels being sealed together at a pair of overlapping weather seals along the centerline. The panels are relatively thin, but durable, and are joined to each other by resilient strip hinges. The top and bottom panels are also hinged to form two sections along diagonal lines to facilitate folding of all panels in a relatively low-profile stacked orientation. This low profile allows the doors to be swung through approximately 270 degrees to be secured to the sides of the body in a manner that does not interfere with adjacent doors or bodies in, for example a multi-bay loading dock. A swing arm assembly and gas spring biases the panels into a deployed position that can be refolded by grasping the side panel and rotating it inward toward the door surface. The top and bottom panels are partly inwardly folded when deployed to define external valleys using a stop assembly. This ensures that the panels fold readily when desired without the two sections of the panels “locking up”.

The pipe is horizontally fixed and the position is marked by hour; the welding sequence is left half-ring and right half-ring; each half-ring comprises overhead welding, vertical position welding and downhand welding; the welding is started at a position where L is equal to 5-10mm close to six of the overhead welding; the vertical position welding is then carried out; finally, the front half-ring is ended at 12 of the downhand welding; before the rear half-ring starts welding, the connection is grinded as a slope; the welding seam formed by the connection and the front half-ring welding position is overlapped by 3-5mm; the welding of the rear half-ring is started from 6 of the overhead welding and ended at 12 of the downhand welding through the vertical position welding; the welding is carried out by a continuous feeding method. The surface of the welding seam of the method has no pores or cracks, is completely welded and beautiful, and has good internal and external forming; by the non-destructive testing, the first-time qualification rate achieves 100%, the welding seam achieves the class-1 quality, the construction procedures are reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.

The steps comprise: (1), utilizing a monocyclic Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) vortex light beam in a source plane (z=0m) coordinate system; (2), performing conjugate symmetrical extension on the complex amplitude of the vortex light beam, and obtaining symmetrical vortex light beam complex amplitude distribution; (3), performing Fourier transformation on the conjugate symmetrical vortex light beam complex amplitude distribution to obtain two-dimensional discrete real function distribution, performing DC component inhibition on real functions, and coding to form the vortex light beam calculation hologram; (4), performing Fourier inverse transformation on the calculation hologram, obtaining the light intensity distribution and the phase distribution of the vortex light beam, and taking the left half portions of the light intensity distribution and the phase distribution as the vortex light beam for digital reconstruction; and (5), loading the vortex light beam calculation hologram on a spatial light modulator, modulating incident laser and reconstructing the vortex light beam in a photoelectric mode. A guide member and a slider member are engaged with each other so as to enable to slide relative to each other. The end of one arm of a second torsion spring is connected to the slider member near the right edge thereof. The end of the other arm thereof is coupled to the left half area of the guide member. From the expanded original state of the first and second torsion springs, if an external force is exerted on the slider member or the guide member, the torsion springs are compressed into an acute angle and then spread again by means of the elastic force thereof. In this way, the slider member can move to the lowermost position or the lowermost position. In the first and second torsion springs, the distance between the ends of two arms is larger than at least half of the width of the slider member. Therefore, the first and second torsion springs can maximally utilize the width of the guide member while turning, thereby extending the maximum travel distance of the slider member.
