Motion system is a component of a test and measurement system that provides motion to a load or loads in a one or many directions. Generally a motion system is made up of a set (or stack) of linear and rotational stages. A linear stage moves in a straight line, while a rotation stage moves in a partial or full circle. A stage can either be manually controlled with a knob control, or automated with a motion controller.

The invention relates to a four-stage sweeping robot, comprising a power supply system, a motor system, a sensor system, a control system and a sweeping system which are arranged on the rounded base plate, wherein the sweeping system comprises a front main brush device and a rear main brush device respectively on the front portion and the read portion of the base plate, a left side brush device and a right side brush device respectively on the left portion and the right portion of the base plate, and a vacuum dust cleaner device on the back side of the base plate; the front main brush device and the rear main brush device provided with a dust collection chamber respectively and driven by a separated motor, and a side brush and a main brush which share a motor, constitute an independent sweeping system. Two sets of sweeping systems can be operated together or independently. The four-stage sweeping process comprises a step of sweeping dust into the bottom of the robot by the side brush, a step of sweeping dust into the dust collection chamber by the front main brush, a step of sweeping dust into the dust collection chamber by the rear main brush, and a step of drawing residual dust into the filtering chamber by the vacuum cleaner device. The inventive four-stage sweeping robot solves the problems of incomplete cleaning and susceptibility to blockage of the main brush caused by the prior robot design.

Molding method and device for 3D printing ice-mold casting sand mold

The invention belongs to the technical field of casting, and discloses a rapid mold-free casting manufacturing method. The method comprises the steps that the temperature of molding sand is decreased to range from minus 40 DEG C to minus 10 DEG C, a computer controls a working platform to move downwards by a certain distance and lays a layer of frozen bottom sand at the low-temperature environment, then, the working platform moves downwards by one layer thickness, a layer of low-temperature molding sand is laid, the computer controls sprayers to spray water or a water solution according to the cross-section shape of the current layer cast mold, and the sand mold is solidified; and printing is performed layer by layer, and a casting mold is obtained. The invention further provides a 3D printing ice-mold casting sand mold device. The device comprises a low-temperature molding chamber, the liftable working platform, a powder spreading device and a two-dimensional motion system. Array nozzles connected with a liquid supply system are installed on the two-dimensional motion system and spray water or the water solution. A feeding system is used for providing low-temperature molding sand. The casting mold manufactured by adopting the method has the beneficial effects of being environment friendly, high in manufacturing speed, low in cost, low in gas generating amount, free of deformation and the like and has the popularization and usage value.

Exercise machine with infinite position range limiter and automatic belt tensioning system

An exercise machine having infinite range limiting capability comprises: a frame; a pivotable exercise arm mounted to the frame configured to engage an exercising user and moveable along a stroke path having a fully extended position and a fully flexed position; a movement-resisting system for resisting movement of the exercise arm along the stroke path; an interconnecting unit for interconnecting the exercise arm and the movement-resisting unit so that movement of the exercise arm causes a portion of the movement-resisting unit to move in response thereto; and a range-limiting unit for limiting the distance the exercise arm moves along the stroke path during exercise. The range-limiting unit is connected to the interconnecting unit and is configured to enable a user of the exercise machine to select a first partially flexed position at any desired location along the stroke path such that the exercise arm moves between the first partially flexed position and the fully extended position serving during exercise. The range limiting unit is also configured so that movement of the exercise arm away from the fully extended position past the first partially flexed position by the user selects a second partially flexed position such that the exercise arm moves between the second partially flexed position and the fully extended position during exercise.
