The pressure regulating assembly responds to the first valve which is opened for the first time, regulates the pressure in the reference container and the to-be-tested container to the reference pressure, and closes the first valve; the pressure of the reference container is adjusted to the first pressure, the first valve is opened again, and the reading of the pressure meter is reduced to the second pressure; and then the second cylinder is driven to slide towards the first cylinder until the reading of the pressure gauge is recovered to the first pressure.
