perfusion and drainage
system, relating to the field of

system includes an
ultrasound guidance module, a puncture and patency establishment module, a
drug processing module, a
perfusion and drainage execution module, a status determination module, and a collaborative control module. First, it determines the puncture target point, puncture path, and pre-perfusion peritoneal
ultrasound baseline image data based on real-time ultrasound images. Then, it completes puncture and patency establishment, peritoneal
chemotherapy drug preparation,
peritoneal dialysis perfusion, and drainage execution. It combines real-time ultrasound images, execution parameters, and
vital signs to determine the
drug diffusion status, target
area coverage status, and abnormal status, thereby generating collaborative control commands. This
system can improve the accuracy of target
area coverage determination during targeted
chemotherapy for peritoneal tumors and enhance the safety and adaptability of perfusion and drainage control.
