The invention relates to the technical field of
helicobacter pylori detection, and discloses a method for acquiring exhaled
ammonia gas variation, which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring exhaled gas before a subject takes a
urea reagent at a first time point, and measuring to obtain a basic concentration value C0 of endogenous
ammonia gas; s2, enabling the subject to take a
reagent containing
urea and an alkaline substance; s3, obtaining
expired gas after the subject takes the
reagent, and measuring to obtain the concentration value C1 of the
ammonia gas. According to the invention, a subject takes the reagent containing
urea and alkaline substances, so that the pH value in the
stomach is remarkably increased, and
ammonia gas is inhibited from reacting with
gastric acid to generate
ammonium ions, thereby increasing the proportion of
ammonia gas generated by decomposing urea by
helicobacter pylori
urease into exhaled gas and enhancing a detection
signal. By comparing the variable quantity of
ammonia gas concentration in
expired gas before and after
medicine taking and combining with a preset age adaptability threshold value, high-sensitivity and high-specificity judgment on
helicobacter pylori infection is realized.
