In the Escherichia coli treated by the Morin, the Morin has no obvious inhibition effect on the growth of the Escherichia coli, and the abundance of an autoinducer 2 (AI-2) and a quorum sensing related gene is obviously reduced, so that the toxicity and the adhesion capability of the Escherichia coli are reduced. The method for reducing enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli quorum sensing provided by the invention is beneficial to replacing traditional antibiotic in-vivo treatment and assists in resisting bacterial infection.

The invention provides a mild membrane pollution cleaning method based on group sensing inhibition and habitat regulation and control. The method comprises the following steps: starting a cleaning process when operating parameters of a membrane system deviate from a set operating range, and carrying out group sensing inhibition mild cleaning on a membrane; in the cleaning process, low-strength acid-base pre-cleaning is selectively introduced according to the running state of the membrane system; after cleaning is completed, the cleaning state is judged according to the membrane system operation parameters till the membrane system operation parameters are recovered to the set operation range. In the cleaning process, microbial quorum sensing signal transmission in the membrane pollution layer is interfered through a quorum sensing inhibition effect, the effect of extracellular polymeric substances on the structural stability of the pollution layer is weakened, and the living conditions of microorganisms in the membrane pollution layer are changed through habitat regulation and control; therefore, loosening and stripping of a membrane pollution layer formed by biological pollution, organic pollution, inorganic pollution or a combination thereof are realized under a non-caustic condition. The method avoids the use of a strong oxidizing bactericide, and is suitable for the pollution control and cleaning process of different types of membrane systems.

The application discloses application of barley malt alkali in inhibition of growth and pathogenicity of Bacillus cereus by regulating a quorum sensing system of the Bacillus cereus. The barley malt alkali is a green natural product, is safer for the environment and human bodies than traditional chemical antibacterial agents such as antibiotics, and reduces the risk of drug residue and drug-resistant strain generation. Research results show that the barley malt alkali can play a role at a low concentration (1 / 8 MIC), so that the use cost is low. The application can target regulation of expression of multiple key genes (such as Spo0A, CodY, rpoN and the like), so as to not only inhibit pathogenicity, but also effectively control proliferation of the Bacillus cereus, reduce the risk of food contamination and foodborne disease infection, and has important application prospects in the field of food safety.
