Recombinant high density lipoprotein is used to wrap bilobalide B to form the drug loaded inner core, a blood platelet membrane and a blood platelet with a CITP modified surface are taken as the biomimetic shells to construct a nano particle for treatingischemic cerebral stroke, the circulation time of the nano particle in human body is prolonged, and the nano particle has a good targeting performance.

Extraction and separation method of ginkgo active components and application of extracted active substances in drugs for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

The invention discloses a gingkgo active ingredient extraction and separation method and use of extracted active matters in medicines for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding gingkgo leaves, and extracting gingkgo leaf active ingredients, namely flavone and terpene lactone compounds; 2) removing ginkgolic acids; separating gingkgo flavones from terpene lactones; and 4) purifying the terpene lactones by high performance liquid chromatography. The tests of effects of high-purity gingkgo terpene lactone medicines on the heart function of adult and old rats at organ, body and cell levels prove gingkgo terpene lactones have protective effects on the heart of Sprague Dawley (SD) adult and old rats. The method has the advantage that four terpene lactones with high purity of over 98 percent are prepared by high performance liquid chromatography. The ginkgoic acid content in the gingkgo leaf extract is controlled to be within 1ppm, the separation of flavones from terpene lactones is realized, the content of gingkgo flavones after separation reaches over 55 percent, and the gingkgo terpene lactone content reaches over 25 percent. All of the three indexes reach national standards.
