The present application belongs to the technical field of biological
medicine, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating
pulmonary fibrosis and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-18 parts of
Astragalus membranaceus, 6-12 parts of
Ophiopogon japonicus, 4-10 parts of Poria cocos, 1-3 parts of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 10-16 parts of
Salvia miltiorrhiza, 6-12 parts of
Scutellaria baicalensis, 4-10 parts of Morus alba, 2-6 parts of
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, 1-4 parts of
Sophora flavescens and 1-4 parts of
Fritillaria cirrhosa. The present application is a three-phase and fixed-ratio compound of polysaccharides, phenolic acids and flavonoids. The polysaccharides are obtained by
water extraction and
alcohol precipitation, and are used as a mucosal retention adhesion carrier. The phenolic acids and flavonoids are extracted by low-degree
ethanol refluxing, so as to ensure the
structural integrity and maintain stability. The alkaloids are extracted by
ethanol and then mildly salified, so as to reduce
irritation and adsorption loss. The polysaccharides are then subjected to selective light
fermentation to build a slightly acidic environment. In the compounding process, a buffer
system is used to adjust pH, and
cyclodextrin is used to stably bind the components. The three phases synergistically intervene in oxidation-
inflammation-
fibrosis.
