493 results about "Hesperidin" patented technology

Hesperidin is a flavan-on glycoside found in citrus fruits. Its aglycone form is called hesperetin. Its name is derived from the word "hesperidium", for fruit produced by citrus trees. Hesperidin was first isolated in 1828 by French chemist Lebreton from the white inner layer of citrus peels (mesocarp, albedo).

Method for preparing naringin or hesperidin

The invention relates to a method for preparing naringin or hesperidin, which comprises the following operating steps of: 1) drying and crushing fruits, fruit peels and fruit residues containing the naringin or the hesperidin, and respectively filling the crushed materials into an extraction kettle of a pressure solvent extraction device; 2) selecting an extraction solvent, setting an extraction pressure, an extraction temperature, an extraction static time and an extraction frequency, extracting with the pressure solvent extraction device, and collecting the extract liquor; and 3) concentrating the extract liquor in vacuum, centrifugating the extract liquor or filtering the extract liquor to remove insoluble substances, adjusting pH of the clear liquid, cooling the clear liquid to crystallize or precipitate, recrystallizing the coarse crystals, drying the coarse crystals, or re-dissolving the precipitate for re-precipitation, and obtaining a pure product of the naringin or the hesperidin. Compared with the conventional solvent extraction method, ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and microwave-assisted extraction method, the preparation method has the advantages of high speed, capability of repeatedly extracting, safety, high efficiency, and simple post treatment such as concentration and purification.

Method for extracting natural activated products from orange drops

The invention belongs to the technical field of natural product extraction from oranges, and specifically relates to a method for continuously extracting natural activated products such as synephrine, hesperidin and limonin from physiological orange drops. The method comprises the following steps: using orange drops which are dried and crushed into 20-100 meshes as raw materials, adding 50-90% ethanol according to a weight/volume ratio of (1:10)-(1:50), extracting under reflux at 40-80 DEG C for 1-3 hours, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, and obtaining a concentrated solution for later use; adding a small number of chloroform crystals into the concentrated solution, adding water for layering, directly heating the water layer to 75 DEG C, filtering, adding 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid to regulate the pH value to 3-4, and precipitating to obtain a hesperidin crude product; carrying out spin drying on the obtained chloroform layer solution, adding a right number of acetone crystals, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain a synephrine crude product; and carrying out spin drying on the acetone solution after the crystal filtration, adding dichloromethane for dissolution, filtering, adding isopropanol into the solution according to a volume ratio of 1:2, and crystallizing to obtain a limonin crude product. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are carried out on the three resulting activated products through high-pressure liquid chromatography, and the result shows that the hesperidin has the highest purity (91.41%).

The invention belongs to a preparation method of Chinese medicine dried orange peels. The method has the characteristics of reducing the content of volatile oil and reducing pungentness, warmth and dryness. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: putting dried orange peels in a closed container; adding water which is 1-2 times as heavy as the dried orange peels; stuffily moistening for 1-3h at room temperature; steaming for 20-90 min at a temperature of 70-100 DEG C; taking out; air drying; and cutting into shreds to obtain a steamed product. At present, other areas in China all adopt the process of fine selecting, washing and cutting into shreds for raw use, but the preparation method of the invention adopts the process of steaming after fine selecting and then cutting into shreds for prepared use, which suppresses the pungentness and the dryness of the dried orange peels through reducing the content of the volatile oil and corrects the bias of medicinal materials, and meanwhile, the increase of the content of hesperidin guarantees the quality of the medicinal materials. The preparation method conforms to the characteristics of geographical and climatic environments and symptom medication in south of the Five Ridges in China and provides a new decoction slice variety for the reasonable clinical application of the dried orange peels of the area.

Method for extracting synephrine and hesperidin from citrus aurantium

The invention discloses a method for extracting synephrine and hesperidin from citrus aurantium, and relates to a method for producing and processing traditional Chinese medicine. The method comprises the following steps of: step 1, washing and crushing a citrus aurantium raw material into citrus aurantium granules; adding an acid solution for soaking the citrus aurantium granules, then carrying out percolation and extracting extract, concentrating the extract under the reduced pressure to obtain extractum, and drying the extractum under the reduced pressure to obtain synephrine; step 2, adding a weak base solution into the leached citrus aurantium granules which are extracted after being soaked by the acid solution, carrying out decoction and removing impurities, then adding a mixed solvent of sodium hydroxide and calcium chloride into the citrus aurantium granules, and extracting to obtain extract; step 3, adding hydrochloric acid into the extract for neutralization until the pH value is 3-7, standing still and crystallizating; and step 4, collecting crystalline, and drying to obtain the hesperidin. Compared with the prior art, the method can be used for extracting two components without using an organic solvent, so that the production cost is reduced, the production technology is simplified, the synephrine yield is more than 15%, the content of the synephrine is more than 10%, the hesperidin yield reaches more than 27%, and the content of the hesperidin is more than 96%; and therefore, the method is suitable for industrialized mass production.
