The invention provides a method for co-producing
baicalin,
baicalein and
wogonin from
scutellaria baicalensis extraction waste residues, which comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting the waste residues by adopting an
ethanol solution, heating an extracting solution, adjusting the pH value, crystallizing to obtain a crude
baicalin product, and refluxing and purifying by using
ethanol to obtain the
baicalin; the method comprises the following steps: respectively adjusting the pH value of
mother liquor, concentrating, combining, extracting by using a water-saturated
ethyl acetate-n-butyl
alcohol mixed
solvent, concentrating an extract phase, diluting by using
ethanol, heating, adjusting the pH value, and crystallizing to obtain
baicalein; and further adjusting the pH value of the residual filtrate, dealcoholizing, concentrating, cooling and crystallizing, and refining the obtained
solid to obtain
wogonin. According to the method disclosed by the invention, extraction,
fractional precipitation and
solvent extraction are combined for use, and the
process conditions of each stage are optimized, so that high-purity baicalin,
baicalein and
wogonin are prepared from the
scutellaria baicalensis extraction waste residues, and the utilization value of the waste residues is improved.
