metabolism related genes lpla, ppar gamma, Fabp3, fast, acaca, hsl and pnpla2. The overexpressed carp lpla gene can regulate and control
lipid deposition in different tissues in zebra fish, and a
research model is provided for lpla to regulate and control fat deposition and differentiation. According to the overexpressed carp lpla gene disclosed by the invention, lpla high-expression carp hepatocytes are obtained through a
liposome transfection technology, so that fat key
gene expression in the carp hepatocytes is changed.
