The invention discloses a whole-body multi-end multi-frequency accurate
visceral fat measuring method and device, and the method comprises the steps: configuring
electrode pairs which comprise four groups of
electrode pairs connected with four limbs and four groups of
electrode pairs connected with the
abdomen, and enabling sampling electrodes of the four groups of electrode pairs on the
abdomen to be distributed at four points, the exciting electrodes of the four groups of electrode pairs on the
abdomen are positioned outside the sampling electrodes; calculating the amount of non-
visceral fat through the four groups of electrode pairs of the four limbs and the
body weight; abdomen parameters are calculated through four groups of electrode pairs of the abdomen; and calculating the
visceral fat mass according to the non-visceral
fat mass and the abdominal parameters. According to the invention, the 16 electrodes are matched with the
body weight sensor for measurement, and the non-visceral
fat mass of the
human body can be more accurately calculated through multi-dimensional and multi-frequency complex impedance measurement, so that the precision of visceral
fat mass measurement is improved.
