raw material down feather pre-finishing, pre-

warm water rinsing,
cyclodextrin inclusion peculiar smell, weak acid
recovery, limited fat supplementing and
dehydration low-temperature
drying. The application discharges the air in the
down feather through pulse negative pressure and promotes the treatment liquid to enter the deep layer of the down
feather, improves the contact ability of the
lipase and the residual lipid through the
protease pretreatment, promotes the oil
hydrolysis and migration through the
lipase and low-energy ultrasonic, and reduces the residual fat and the
aftertaste risk through the
cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile peculiar smell substances such as fatty acids, aldehydes and ketones, the weak acid
recovery and the fat supplementing treatment, reduces the damage of strong alkali washing to the down
feather, maintains the down
feather fluffiness, softness and
fiber integrity, and is suitable for industrial
degreasing and peculiar smell removing treatment of the down feather.
