A method for the total non-targeted trace detection of phosphorus components in urban sewage

This invention belongs to the field of phosphorus component separation and detection technology in urban sewage, specifically involving a method for the full-volume non-targeted trace detection of phosphorus components in urban sewage, comprising the following steps: (1) adding aluminum salt to the urban sewage sample and adjusting the pH value of the solution to perform targeted enrichment of different phosphorus components, and then processing the flocs obtained after enrichment to obtain an extract; (2) utilizing 31 P nuclear magnetic resonance technology enables the separation and full non-targeted detection of phosphorus components in the extract; (3) chemical shift analysis is performed on all detected resonance peaks to match the types of inorganic and organic phosphorus components; (4) the overlapping areas of the resonance peaks are deconvolved using the deconvolution method, the resonance peaks of all separated phosphorus components are integrated and the content of each phosphorus component in the wastewater is calculated.
