The invention relates to the technical field of
compost and microbial inoculum preparation, and provides a method for preparing compound
bacteria through high-temperature rapid
compost maturing of sugarcane leaves and
cow dung, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1,
raw material pretreatment: crushing the sugarcane leaves to particle size,
drying the
cow dung to
water content, mixing the sugarcane leaves and the
cow dung according to a
mass ratio of 3: 1-5: 1, and sterilizing; step 2, preparing an initial bacterial liquid: inoculating a composite strain into a culture medium, and culturing for 24-48 hours at 35-40 DEG C under the condition that the rotating speed of a shaking table is 150-180rpm to obtain the initial bacterial liquid; the composite strains comprise
bacillus siamensis and
bacillus pumilus, and the ratio of the strains is 2: 1; and step 3, high-temperature composting and maturing.
Agricultural waste recycling is achieved by treating sugarcane leaves and cow dung,
pollution is reduced, and low-cost raw materials are provided; a dynamic
temperature control and forced ventilation process and a specific strain are adopted, so that
decomposition is accelerated, and the activity of the microbial inoculum is improved; the
system achieves modularized operation, achieves whole-process
standardization and
automatic control, and improves the efficiency and stability.
