system. Then, the
palmitic acid, the
oleic acid and the
linoleic acid are quantified by adopting a
gas chromatography-
mass spectrometry method, meanwhile, the alpha-
linolenic acid is directly detected by adopting a
high performance liquid chromatography-
quadrupole time-of-flight
mass spectrometry method, and finally, results are calibrated and output by combining an
internal standard method and an external standard method. According to the method, efficient purification of the Baijiu matrix is achieved, the oxidation
loss rate of alpha-
linolenic acid is controlled within 3%, high-precision quantification of constant components and high-sensitivity detection of trace components can be synchronously achieved, the method is suitable for detection of full-
flavor and full-alcoholic-degree Baijiu, stability and universality are excellent, and reliable
technical support is provided for Baijiu quality evaluation.
