Storage mildew-proof and moth-proof packaging hemp cloth and preparation method thereof

The invention provides storage mildew-proof and moth-proof packaging hemp cloth and a preparation method thereof. The hemp cloth comprises green harmless storage protective agent and is prepared by taking common packaging hemp cloth as a material and adding 0.01-10wt% of storage protective agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving the storage protective agent in a solvent to prepare a solution, then impregnating the hemp cloth in the protective agent solution, removing the solution after the hemp cloth sufficiently absorbs the solution, and drying; or dissolving the storage protective agent in the solvent, then uniformly spraying the protective agent solution on the hemp cloth and drying the hemp cloth after the hemp cloth sufficiently absorbs the protective agent solution to prepare the storage mildew-proof and moth-proof packaging hemp cloth. The storage hemp cloth is used for packaging tobaccos or crops, can realize the whole process dynamic and real-time protection of the tobaccos, the crops and the like in purchase, transport and storage processes, protect products from mildew and moths, effectively prevent the mildew and the moths from spreading between bags and prevent the tobaccos, the crops and the like which are soaked by rain water from mildewing. Besides, the invention has an important function for reducing environment pollution and hidden safety danger which are caused by common technologies.

Method for producing fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants, fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants produced by same, and foods containing same

The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants, to fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants produced by same, and to foods containing same. The method for producing fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants includes the steps of: producing crushed edible plants or edible animal/plants; culturing a liquid mixture of grains, saccharides, filamentous fungi, and yeast for 24 to 36 hours to produce a mixed microbial broth; inoculating the edible plants or edible animal/plants with the mixed microbial broth, and firstly fermenting the edible plants or edible animal/plants for 3 to 8 days to produce first fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants; and inoculating the first fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants with bacteria, and secondly fermenting the first fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants for 6 to 12 days to produce second fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants. Whereby, a fermentation period can be shortened, and food deterioration and the growth of pathogenic microorganisms can be suppressed. Further, adding the fermented edible plants or edible animal/plants produced by the above-described method into foods can provide storage stability, increase bioavailability, and improve flavor.

Air-conditioning storage method

The invention discloses an air-conditioning storage method, which comprises the following steps of: a, laying a protection pad layer on the ground; b, laying a composite membrane bottom sleeve on the protection pad layer; c, stacking the stored objects on the composite membrane bottom sleeve; d, laying a top membrane on the top of the stored object stack, and then covering a composite membrane top cover; e, thermally sealing the composite membrane bottom sleeve and the composite membrane top cover together by using a plastic envelope machine, and reserving a hole; f, connecting an exhaust fan at the reserved hole in the step e to exhaust the gas in the stack so as to make the composite membrane attach the stored objects; g, forming a small hole on the opposite side of the reserved hole of the composite membrane, and connecting a gas detector; h, filling nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide into the reserved hole in the step e, and stopping filling when the concentration of the gas measured by the gas detector reaches the preset concentration; and i, sealing all the holes by using a thermal plastic envelope machine, and finishing the storage. The air-conditioning storage method can rapidly kill various insects in the stored objects, suppress mold growth, and guarantee the quality of the stored objects.

The invention discloses a litsea cubeba oil microcapsule and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of mouldproof and insecticidal capsules. The litsea cubeba oil microcapsule is characterized by being prepared by the complex coacervation of litsea cubeba oil taken as a core material, sodium alginate taken as a main wall material and an aqueous solution which contains 1% to 5% of chitosan and 2% to 5% of anhydrous calcium chloride and is taken as a coagulating bath solution, wherein the mass ratio of the sodium alginate to the litsea cubeba oil is 1:(1-4). The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly preparing an emulsion A of the sodium alginate and the litsea cubeba oil; then preparing the aqueous solution of the chitosan and the anhydrous calcium chloride as the coagulating bath solution B; dripping the emulsion A into the coagulating bath solution B; and solidifying the mixture for certain time and then filtering the mixture, thereby obtaining the litsea cubeba oil microcapsule. Thus, the litsea cubeba oil microcapsule which is high in litsea cubeba oil content, long in service time and good in mouldproof and insecticidal effect and the preparation method of the litsea cubeba oil microcapsule are provided. The litsea cubeba oil microcapsule is mainly used for performing mouldproof and insecticidal functions on grains as well as on clothes.

Gas-phase sustained-release mildew-resistant antistaling agent, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a gas-phase sustained-release mildew-resistant antistaling agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The gas-phase sustained-release mildew-resistant antistaling agent is prepared through complex formulation of microcapsules of four plant essential oils consisting of anethole, cinnaldehyde, citral and salicylaldehyde. Beta-cyclodextrin is used as a wall material to respectively encapsulate the four plant essential oils consisting of anethole, cinnaldehyde, citral and salicylaldehyde, so four plant essential oil microcapsules are obtained; then the four plant essential oil microcapsules are mixed in proportion and then are applied for mildew-resistance and preservation of grains or oil-bearing materials or for mildew-resistance and preservation of raw-food materials and packaged foods. The mildew-resistant antistaling agent inhibits mould through gas-phase fumigating effects of the essential oils and employs microcapsule technology for controlling of volatilization speeds of the essential oils, so a long-acting gas-phase mildew-resistant effect is realized without direct contact between the essential oils with grains, foodstuffs and the like; the mildew-resistant antistaling agent is especially applicable to antibiosis and mildew-resistance of grains, oil-bearing materials and packaged foods under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity, can suppress deterioration of quality of the grains, the oil-bearing materials and the packaged foods, is safe to human beings and livestock and is capable of effectively overcoming the problem of residual of a chemical fumigant.
