The process mainly comprises three curing stages, namely a yellowing stage, a color fixing stage and a stem drying stage, wherein three key temperature and humidity points are controlled in the yellowing stage; four key temperature and humidity points are controlled in the color fixing stage; one key temperature and humidity point is controlled in the stem drying stage; a flue-cured tobacco temperature and humidity automatic control system is adopted in an entire curing process; and a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged on the top layer of a down-draft intensive curing barn or the bottom layer of an up-draft bulk curing barn. Through the process, error and loss of manual operation brought by operation by experience are reduced, curing quality of tobacco leaves is improved, curing cost is reduced, and high operability is guaranteed. As proved, badly cured tobacco such as green and miscellaneous tobacco and the like is obviously reduced, proportion of orange tobacco and first-class tobacco is increased, the cured tobacco has a loose structure and increased oil content, and appearance quality inside and outside the tobacco leaves and availability are obviously improved.

The invention provides a novel process for comprehensively treating oily sludge of an oil field, which comprises processes for separating oil, water and sludge from the oily sludge. The process is characterized in that the processes for separating oil, water and sludge comprise a first process of fluidizing and pre-treating sludge, a second process of hardening and tempering the sludge, and a third process of mechanically separating the oily sludge; water separated through the processes can be used as process water to a circulating water recycling process; the separated cleaned oil enters an oil chamber of an oil-water separation device; and solid particles, namely the centrifuged sludge, are discharged through a screw conveyer. The process has the recovery ratio reaching 95 percent for recovering effluent oil to the utmost extent; and the treated sludge has water content less than 60 percent and oil content less than 2 percent, and can be used for underlaying a road of a well site or carrying out subsequent depth treatment. The process cyclically utilizes wastewater, prevents secondary pollution of sewage and slurry, and has large treatment capacity, wide treatment range, advanced technical proposal, high automatic degree, low operation cost, simple operation and clean production.

The preparation method of the oil-water separation mesh membrane comprises the following steps of: (1) cleaning and drying the fabric mesh; (2) dissolving a chitosan-based polymer in acid solution and stirring evenly to obtain mixed solution; (3) immersing the cleaned and dried fabric mesh in the mixed solution, taking out and drying the fabric mesh; and (4) immersing the fabric mesh obtained by the step (3) in alkaline solution, taking out and drying the fabric mesh to obtain the oil-water separation mesh membrane. The oil-water separation mesh membrane provided by the invention has the advantages of large water flux, high oil-water separation speed and good oil-water separation effect, is applicable to treatment of sewage with high oil content, and has good separation effect on normal hexane, petroleum ether, dichloroethane, benzene, animal and vegetable oils and the like.

The method uses the heterotrophic chlorella fermented in high density in the bio-reactor as a raw material, which screens the chlorella species having high growth rate and high oil content, directly inoculates into the bottle as the first-class germ to culture then transfers to the fermentation cylinder to undergo the second-glass high density fermentation; the reaction condition is then optimized, and the process is controlled; the culture containing the carbohydrate is dripped to provide the nutrition for the cell growth, therefore the heterotrophic chlorella cells cultured in high density with density of 108g / L and oil content of 61 percent are separated, collected and dried; the algae oil is extracted, and the bio-diesel is produced by transesterification reaction; the invention reduces the cost for the raw material of bio-diesel, and satisfies the demand of industrialized application of producing bio-diesel by heterotrophic chlorella cells, therefore the technique of the invention becomes an economical and effective way of making oils from bio-diesel materials.

Integral treatment process of oily sewage of oil field

The invention relates to an integral treatment process of the oily sewage of an oil field. The process flow in the invention is as follows: settling sand, removing oil, breaking emulsion through air flotation, treating with a microwave-enhanced Fenton system, performing flocculation and air flotation, performing precision filtering, performing catalytic ozonation with an activated carbon fiber felt, and performing ultrafiltration to obtain clean water. By adopting the integral treatment process, the operations of oil removal, emulsion breaking, advanced oxidation, flocculation, catalytic ozonation and membrane separation can be continuously realized. The floor space of equipment in the invention is small; the treatment process is suitable for various oily sewage and has obvious treatment effect; the removal rate of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of raw water is more than 96%, and the oil content and the removal rate of suspended matters are 100%; and the turbidity of the obtained water is 4-6 NTU. The main indexes of the process provided by the invention such as the COD, oil content, suspended matters, turbidity and the like are better than those of the current oily sewage treatment process in oily sewage treatment; and the quality of the treated water can meet the related rules of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-2002).
