crude oil decalcifying agent is prepared from the following raw materials:
acetic acid,

chitosan,

chitosan is prepared by synthesizing N-hydroxyacrylamide, performing sulfonation treatment, and
grafting poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) with
carboxymethyl chitosan. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding deionized water and modified
chitosan into a blending kettle, heating to 65-75 DEG C, stirring, sequentially adding
acetic acid and
citric acid, continuously stirring, finally adding
ethanol, stirring, and cooling to obtain the decalcifying agent. The decalcifying agent can efficiently remove organic
calcium, equipment
corrosion is reduced through temperature-sensitive film forming, chelate is stable at high temperature,
sewage COD is low, the decalcifying agent adapts to an existing electro-desalting process, and industrial application is easy.
