The invention discloses a device and a method for treating organic waste gas by catalysis and ozonation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) the organic waste gas is collected and enters a pretreater, the waste gas is pretreated and oil drops, particulate matter, acid etchant gas and fog drops in the waste gas are intercepted; (2) after the pretreated organic waste gas is pressurized by an induced draft fan, the organic waste gas enters the cold end of a heat exchanger to be preheated; (3) the preheated organic waste gas enters a catalytic oxidation device, the organic waste gas entering the catalytic oxidation device is warmed up and then is mixed with ozone fed into the catalytic oxidation device, and the mixed gas enters a catalytic oxidation reaction region of the catalytic oxidation device to be subjected to the catalytic oxidation reaction so as to remove organic pollutants; (4) the purified gas serving as a heat source enters the hot end of the heat exchanger in the step (2) to be subjected to heat exchange and the gas subjected to heat exchange is discharged by an exhaust pipeline. When being combined with the treatment device disclosed by the invention, the treatment method disclosed by the invention has a better purifying effect on the waste gas and not only ensures purifying efficiency of the waste gas, but also is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

This invention relates to a cerium-zirconium-base composite oxide, which is useful, e.g., for the purification of exhaust gas discharged from combustion engines such as internal combustion engines and boilers and can release a high level of oxygen in a low temperature region, a method for producing the same, an oxygen storage/release component using the same, an exhaust gas purification catalyst, and an exhaust gas purification method. The cerium-zirconium-base composite oxide satisfies requirements (1) that the oxygen release initiation temperature is 380° C. or below, (2) that the oxygen release amount is not less than 485 μmol/g, and further (3) that the oxygen release amount at 400° C. is not less than 15 μmol/g. The cerium-zirconium-base composite oxide can be produced, for example, by mixing a starting material for cerium and a starting material for zirconium at a predetermined mixing ratio together, melting the starting material mixture at a temperature at or above the melting point, then cooling the melt to form an ingot, then optionally grinding the ingot to prepare powder, subsequently removing strain within powder crystal grains under heating, and then grinding to a further fine state.

Method for preparing hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and hybrid structure thereof through plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD)

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and a hybrid structure thereof, and particularly relates to a method for preparing h-BN and the hybrid structure thereof through plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). Copper foil serves as a substrate, solid borane ammonia complex serves as a boron source and a nitrogen source, and the hybrid structure of the h-BN is prepared through PECVD. The method includes the specific steps that the substrate and the borane ammonia complex are arranged in a quartz boat and then put into a PEVCD system to be vacuumized; a reaction furnace is heated to a corresponding temperature, gas is introduced to the reaction furnace, and then the substrate is moved to the center of the furnace; the system pressure is adjusted, and heat treatment is carried out; the h-BN and the hybrid structure thereof are grown; and the h-BN and the hybrid structure thereof are cooled to the room temperature. The method for preparing the h-BN and the hybrid structure thereof through PECVD is simple in process, easy and convenient to operate, high in controllability and capable of achieving continuous regulation of the band gap of the h-BN and the hybrid structure thereof.

The system expands the waste heat recycling temperature of the original lithium bromide II absorption type heat pump to 20-100 DEG C from 80-100 DEG C, and expands the heat supply temperature to 90-170 DEG C from 90-150 DEG C, so that the range of application of the system is increased, effective recycling of waste heat at different temperature sections is realized, energy is saved, and energyconsumption in an industrial production process is reduced.
