This application provides an intelligent loading and unloading method and
system, comprising: collecting data on the soft surface of a
carton under initial contact conditions through a distributed
pressure sensing unit, obtaining the
signal superposition of multiple
layers of
carton, and obtaining the
contact force value distribution;
processing the
signal superposition of multiple
layers of
carton using a pressure distribution
data analysis method to obtain the dynamic change trend of the
surface friction coefficient after analysis; if the adjustment command corresponding to the type of goods indicates a higher threshold for the
metal parts, adjusting the contact threshold to ensure sufficient contact, and determining the final increase in clamping force; instructing the
actuator to gradually increase the clamping force according to the final increase in clamping force, obtaining real-time feedback pressure distribution data, and obtaining a
trigger delay correction value; updating the threshold
database parameters using the
trigger delay correction value to avoid triggering the
adjustment action too early or too late, and determining the optimized
contact force threshold; and re-monitoring the initial contact state using the optimized
contact force threshold to obtain a stable clamping force adjustment program output.
