contact condition detection
system and method, and belongs to the technical field of
power electronics. The
system comprises a controller, a sampling circuit, a
driving circuit and a wiring terminal, the controller outputs a first PWM
signal to the
driving circuit after starting up each time, a
signal at the output end of the
driving circuit is collected through the sampling circuit to obtain a second PWM
signal, rising edge time
delay of the second PWM signal is accumulated and compared with a preset value, and the second PWM signal is output after starting up. Therefore, the contact state of the connection terminals of the grid
electrode and the emitter
electrode of the IGBT power device is judged. According to the method, the connection reliability of the IGBT terminal can be automatically detected when the high-power device is started each time, faults such as poor contact, open circuit or
short circuit can be found in time, the
operation safety and the maintenance efficiency of the
system are improved, and the method is particularly suitable for long-term operation and
remote operation and maintenance scenes of high-
voltage high-power power electronic devices.
