phase deviation, accurate extraction of the independent frequency response characteristic of the probe is achieved, and the accuracy of the independent frequency response characteristic of the probe is improved. Therefore, the frequency response calibration parameter of the probe is determined. According to the invention, system errors introduced by a test environment and a rear-end measurement link are eliminated, the calibration precision of the amplitude-
frequency characteristic and the phase-
frequency characteristic of the probe in a full working
frequency band is improved, and a reliable basis is provided for implementation of accurate real-time anti-
distortion compensation in actual
signal acquisition of measurement equipment such as an
oscilloscope and the like; and the reduction authenticity of the whole measurement system in the high-frequency and
broadband signal test is ensured.
