data rate through a standard
signal acquisition test, and performing iterative optimization if the

data rate do not reach the standard; and the monitoring optimization process is periodically repeated, and performance optimization is completed in combination with an environment temperature and load trend predictive
fine tuning strategy. The technical problem that fixed parameter configuration or off-line calibration is difficult to adapt to dynamic working conditions is solved.
