The invention relates to a construction method for a coal mine roadway, in particular to a construction method for a high face mining support removing passage under the complicated geological condition of 6.2m, which solves the problem that in the coal mine underground mining process, a support removing passage constructed in advance can not realize the complete butt joint with the mining operation. The construction method comprises the steps that: (1) the preparation work before support removing passage construction is carried out, at the last mining stage, counterbored anchor support and protection top plates are arranged among hydraulic support frames, and a monomer column is supported and arranged under each support frame top beam for enhancing the support force the top plates; (2) during the construction for the upper passage constructed by blasting driving, the separately layered or stepped blasting driving on coal bodies is adopted, and then, the manual coal cleaning is carried out; and (3) the lower passage is constructed, and the support and protection is carried out. The coal mine roadway construction method has the advantages that when the actual geological condition of the coal mining work surface has great deviation with the predicted geological condition, for example, the complicated geological conditions in special construction such as faultage and the like occur, the normal mining can not be carried out, and the temporary moving is really needed, the technology of the construction method for the coal mine roadway can be directly used for constructing support removing passages.
