This invention relates to the field of
caisson bottom sealing construction technology, and discloses a dynamic sealing
sludge and water inrush sealing
system for caissons. The
system integrates a bottom sealing template
assembly, a dynamic sealing baffle, a novel quick-setting sealing
grout injection
assembly, a drainage and pressure relief
assembly, a fixing and anchoring assembly, and an anti-
sludge isolation assembly. The bottom sealing operation is completed through an integrated process of layered sealing, immediate curing, and simultaneous bottom sealing. During construction, the base is first cleaned and the components are installed; after the dynamic sealing baffle is deployed, it is hydraulically attached to the base plate and the water inrush point is detected; then, quick-setting
grout is injected into the leakage area in a targeted manner, and drainage and pressure relief are simultaneously activated to regulate the pressure; after the
grout has quickly set, the baffle is retained as a permanent water-stopping structure; finally,
underwater concrete is continuously injected through a pre-set pipeline, and an anti-
sludge isolation layer is set to ensure the density of the concrete. This
system simultaneously achieves rapid water inrush sealing,
dynamic pressure balance, and high-quality bottom sealing, solving the problems of poor sealing time, poor process connection, and difficulty in controlling the quality of
underwater concrete in traditional processes.
