A slide valve 211 that operates in response to the float rising connects the top of the storage section and the air inlet tube via the communication hole when the float rises to a predetermined position. As a result, the discharge valve is closed by the released air, the liquid flow in the discharge hose 15 is restricted, and the liquid delivery of the siphon-type liquid delivery pump is stopped.
